I am looking to rent the room out to a working professional preferably, the house is very cosy, I have a great entertainment system if you're into a lot of movies and tv.
My home also has 100MB WiFi and ample parking. The gas and electricity is shared between all roommates (it's usually £25-£40 when shared).
