A small double in a quiet home

A quiet house, in a quiet road. All bills and broadband included.
2 lodgers in place, both keep themselves to themselves, very occasionally join me in the lounge, but always welcome. I have very few rules, pay the rent, don't be too noisy, no drugs.
If you have booked to view, for example at 4pm, and you contact me at, or near 4pm to cancel, or thank me for my time, but you've found somewhere "better", i want you to understand, this is appalling, this tells me that my time is of zero value, but your time is precious. I have likely spent hours preparing for you, only to receive a feeble message, as though you think that covers you. If, something comes up, and you need to cancel, please give me a reasonable time, at least 2 hours.
