Wellington train station is a 20 minutes walk away and bus links nearby would suit a professional Monday – Friday tenant looking for hassle free accommodation. The M54 Jn 6 or 7 are 5 mins drive and the hospital is 5 mins drive too.

In terms of local amenities, there is a shop just over the road which is really handy and Wellington centre is 15 mins walk away where there is a market, various shops, banks, pubs and restaurants.
