Room to let in Baltonsborough

I have a room available in Baltonsborough, near Glastonbury. It is a double room and the tenant would have almost exclusive use of a bathroom together with a downstairs lounge. Baltonsborough is a very lively village with a school, church, pub and a village shop where, as well as doing your shopping, you can have a coffee and snacks, outside if the weather is good. There is a lot to do. There is a cricket club, football club, table tennis, fitness classes, rugby tots, table tennis as well as a number of village clubs. The village has a fully-fledged theatre in a local farm which stages a number of events, both indoor and outdoor. A fish and chip van parks outside the pub every Thursday and a pizza van parks outside the village hall on Fridays. I would prefer a professional woman, probably middle-aged but this is not a firm requirement, in fact my last tenant was 19. I am a very young-at-heart mature lady and I still run and play table tennis, walk and am very active. I have recently retired from my freelance translation activities.
