Sofa folds down to become a bed for guests. kitchen has washing machine. Living room opens out onto a garden and patio area with far reaching views across some of Baths iconic landmarks and landscapes.

Less than a ten minute walk into the local shops of Moorland road. Highly regarded local community just outside the centre of Bath with butchers, health food, fish mongers, cafes, burger bar, pizzaria, train station and just about everything else you could ask for.

All bills, council tax, wifi included. Access through a communal hallway at the front and garden doors to the rear with on street parking to front and rear streets. Bus stop into town (10 minutes only) moments from the front door if public transport is required and the two tunnels foot/cycle path that links many other routes is a couple of minutes away.
