The room available is the master bedroom of a Georgian house. Suited well to a mature student, or a working person who is on minimum wage. Past occupants have been Spanish and Italian.
.The arrangements for sharing are adjustable according to the lifestyle & working routine of the applicant. The house is spacious and
comfortable~a short walk from the city centre. Smoking is ok in the garden, and conservatory.
The rental value of this room is at least £650per calendar month.
However, my intention is to let the room at a considerably reduced rate in return for some assistance in the house.
This would be an arrangement made in person,& associated with
the needs of the live in landlady~that is me! These are not hugely demanding.....but will hopefully provide me with extra security.
The room will be available to view from Sunday September 12th.
However I am away until Friday September 10th. If you are interested please message me on this site & a phone conversation can be arranged ,prior to a viewing. The room is available for a new tenant from approximately September 20th.
