20x13ft plus 7x8ft study area - massive double first floor Double room just 3 miles from Bath. We are a very friendly and welcoming bunch of professionals and really enjoy the house. Plenty of free parking on the road. The number 3 bus stops opposite the house every 15 minutes to Bath. Cycle to Bath from the double garage. It takes about 20 minutes along the canal path. There is wireless internet access throughout the house. All bills are included - heating, water and electricity... (includes dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, loo roll, bin liners. No need to bring pots/pans and utensils.

Cleaner visits weekly for communal areas.

We encourage house social meals... so you can enjoy a cooked meal and socialise... just like being at home but with, people you get on with! lol

The bathroom benefits from a large corner Jacuzzi type bath and double shower. You can make use of the utility room washing machine and tumble dryer, toilet and sink, the kitchen is large with a dining area. Garden has a hot tub and at the front a sunny patio area with bbq and lounge seating and a bench table. The integral double garage that has room for your bike.

Ideal housemate would be a professional, who likes peace and quiet and has a good sense of humour (we can not guarantee to laugh at your jokes though). Our perfect lodger would be a tidy non-smoker.

Other activities locally are bike rides, running and swimming, tennis and kayaking on the river in front of the house and walks by the canal. There are great pubs... one on the canal and the other next to the weir on the river there is a local store, Boots the chemist and the doctor's surgery.
