The 2 x double-bed flat is located on a quiet, residential estate and offers private parking. We are looking for up to 2 professionals to share.. Both rooms are furnished..

Bath centre is 15-20 minutes' walk, and there are shops and amenities in the closer vicinity. There are regular bus routes to Bath and Bristol. The M4 motorway (J 18) is only approx. 10 minutes' drive away, (longer at commuter times).

There is a beautiful park, with tennis courts, events and a lively cafe, just across the road from the estate.

Also very handy for Box, Corsham and Chippenham - which are only 15-25 minutes drive, even at busy times.

The flat itself is light, warm and airy, fully furnished with a spacious kitchen, cosy lounge (with balcony), wi fi and electric shower.

Tenants are responsible for paying water and electricity bills, and for breakages, as applicable. Council tax is Band B (2023-24 annual rate was £1562 for shared tenancy), which must also be paid by tenants.

TV licence and wi-fi is paid for by landlord.

No smoking is permitted within the flat. This is permitted, with caution and respect for neighbours, on the balcony.

Barbecues are not permitted on the balcony, but small barbecues may be held on the communal lawns, away from residents and ensuring that no debris, damage or litter is left behind.

Landlord will consider a short term let (under 1 month) @ £500 per week (up to 2 persons), plus deposit.

Will also consider a small family (couple with one child), subject to duscussion and agreement of rate.
