The downstairs is occupied solely by the retired disabled owner / landlady. The accommodation is within a friendly home environment, however most residents often keep to their own space enjoying the relaxed quietness of the environment.

Currently one of the four upstairs let rooms is available for single occupancy.
This room, with a fitted carpet and furniture, includes a wooden framed double bed with mattress, 2 wardrobes, dressing table, and chest of drawers.

The house is in a peaceful residential cul de sac opposite the Priory Hotel and 20 minutes walk from the town centre and 10 minutes walk to RUH hospital. Washing machine and broadband available.
