Monday to Friday Let

Tidy double room currently available for 1 person.

I'm a live in landlord and have a double room to rent in my house. I've been renting to Hinkley contractors who want a clean and tidy house and quiet place to get their head down after a work.

I'm set up for Monday to Fridays lodgers who return home in their days off. I appreciate that shift patterns don't always work that way and can be flexible & this has worked fine with previous contractors.

My house is in Wembdon village on the west side of Bridgwater. This is an ideal location for HPC contractors. Hinkley Point is a 15 minutes drive away and avoids town centre traffic. 5 minute walk from Hinkley bus stop on Homberg Way.

All bills are included & rent is based on letting the room to one person. There is no smoking in the house - Smoking is fine in the garden. The garden gets sunny in the afternoon.

The house is fully furnished throughout. It has Gas central heating and is double glazed. It gets cleaned top to bottom on a weekly basis.

The let includes use of bathroom, kitchen, dining area and good size garden. Also included are excellent broadband & new washing machine. The room is available a working person over the age of 25.

There are no admin fees and deposit is equivalent of two weeks rent - i. e £260 .
