Entire top floor of house, looking for 2 lodgers

Hi All!

I am looking for two lodgers to occupy the top floor of my house, strictly couples or good friends. My brother will retain a bedroom and access to the kitchen, however he is in the army and in reality will seldom be in if at all.

Rooms on offer:
A large bedroom / living room with en suite shower & bathroom,
A medium sized bedroom with adjoining living room,
Smaller bedroom / storage room,
Kitchen with washing machine, electric oven / hob, and fridge freezer,
Individual bathroom with shower.

At present it is partially furnished (a bed, sofas, cabinets etc) however I can quickly furnish further if you wish. You will see in the photos one of the bedrooms is currently bare, in the event of two friends I can get this up together very quickly as second bedroom, in the event of a couple there are two other rooms you can choose as a singular bedroom.

Shared entrance, and two off street parking places will be provisioned.

In terms of bills; water, council tax, broadband, and standing charge will be included. Central heating (oil - metered), and electricity (separate meter) will be payable.

Looking for working people only, students please feel free to send over a message but I will be considering this on a case-by-case basis.
