Looking for two lodgers to occupy the top floor of my house! Perfect for anyone who is fed up of sharing a living room and bathroom.

Room 1 (reserved):
Large 'studio-type' room with en suite bathroom - 20ft x 20ft

Room 2:
Living room and conjoined bedroom with separate but private bathroom

Both rooms are semi-furnished, I can add to this at request - the kitchen however is fully furnished with washing machine / fridge freezer.

All bills and 600mbps wifi included.

There are two further smaller bedrooms - I will consider use of these for storage / hobby activities on a case by case basis.

The top floor is self contained with panelled separation between it and the bottom floor - apart from a shared entrance I will be living entirely in my own bit downstairs.

Driveway parking for a car per room.
