Just 2 minutes from the Long Ashton to Bristol cycle track, the area is ideal for those who love the outdoors.. With lush scenery, open fields and plenty of fresh air. Backwell village is a short drive (or 15 minute walk), offering lovely cafes, shops and a train station with easy links to Bristol and beyond. Bristol Airport and Central Bristol are both within a 10 minute drive. Public transport available closeby (1 min) with regular routes to Bristol and surrounding villages of Somerset.

The property has a charming patio/garden, filled with large plants and flowers for privacy, perfect for a quiet morning coffee or relaxing after work.

I’m always happy to share a cuppa and a chat now and then but also value privacy and personal space.
