I am looking for a LGBT+ friendly lodger. The room has a king sized bed, bedside cabinets, lamps and drawers. There is plenty of additional space in the house (spare room, garage, under stairs). The main house bathroom has a door into the room available, therefore an en-suite for sole use by the lodger. Shared kitchen, living room and garden. High spec throughout. Looking for a respectful professional who will enjoy these nice facilities. I have a small older dog and cat. Very friendly and house trained. Very house proud, clean and tidy and would like the same of a lodger.
All bills included and have access to Amazon Prime and Netflix. Super Fibre Optic broadband built directly in to the property (335mbps).
Parking included. Bus stop close by. M5 a 5 minute drive. Close to countryside.
