Small double bedroom available in the blackdown hills. House is in the middle of a black sky region (no lampposts!) so on a clear night you can see stars for miles.
House is comprised of 2 bedrooms, long bathroom, long kitchen, an office/dining room and cosy lounge. Room also comes with a parking space (pictured). Lovely courtyard garden to rear and full grassed garden at front. It is expected that you would help with garden maintenance (cutting grass, upkeeping hedges).
Bills would be half of everything - your half would be : £29.85 for water, £27.50 for electricity , £27.50 for Internet and £86.50 for council tax (band c) and half of the oil which we currently only buy once a year (usually around £100-£150 each).
You are going to need to be a driver or happy on a bicycle as the house is 10 minutes from the town centre and 14 minutes from the hospital.
I am very clean and tidy, I would expect you to be too and to help out with housework. I like to cook and bake and am generally quite quiet but will wear headphones around the house so not to disturb you if we're on differing shift patterns. I love movies and TV- I have Nowtv, Disney + and Netflix which you're welcome to use. You can expect a quiet tidy home with the kind ear of a housemate and a sweet senior cat if you live here.
