Double bedroom available from about mid-September in Crewkerne Centre. Town has plenty of pubs, bars, supermarkets, bus/train links and is about 30 min from Taunton & Dorset coastline. Exeter, Bristol, Bath & Bournemouth are all around an hours commute.

Street parking is available directly outside the house overnight, (19:00-08:00). Otherwise, there is reliable free parking 2 minute walk away.
It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi-detached house on hermitage street.

Private room itself is the one in 1st picture. It a good sized double with loads of storage.

Facilities include:
Dryer, washer, fridge, freezer, smart photo-printer, TV, Netflix, expresso machine, cooker/oven, parcel box.

Applicants must be over 18, with a full-time job. References preferred but not essential. Price is £500pm fixed rent + 33% share of gas and electric bills, (this will cost an estimated £50-75 for a 33% share - I will provide you evidence of the bill every month). Housemates are welcome to have visitors/friends over but not multiple guests at once/parties. Will chat more about this in person. Vegetarians/vegans welcome. Smokers welcome but no smoking indoors.

It is essential applicants are clean & respectful of the place & neighbours. It’s a fun, open houseshare so there are no curfews or anything. Just treat the place as if it’s your own.

Will:
28. Live and work in Taunton for the military most of the working week & get deployed overseas from time-to-time.

CJ:
28. Works in Bridport Mon-Fri for brewery company. Has a 3 y. o son who he visits every other weekend.
