The Folly is a self contained annexe with double bed, ensuite shower and loo. Mini kitchen unit with two electric hobs, fridge freezer, microwave oven and mini oven. 2 comfortable chairs, flat screen TV/DVD. Internet access available.
Large wooden table, ironing board and iron, hair dryer.
The Folly is completely separate and private from the main house, situated along our drive. You will have your own key, to your own front door, to come and go as you please. It is in a quiet location with plenty of parking.
The Folly is not suitable for couples. It is ideal for those people who are working away from home and need a comfortable, private 'base' while they are working.
Crewkerne is a very pleasant market town with a Waitrose, Boots, Lidls, pubs, takeaways, laundrette, swimming pool and fitness centre.
A £200.00 deposit required. This will be reimbursed at the end of the tenancy if there is no damage to The Folly and it is left clean and tidy.
