Sunny double room in lovely cottage, Easton, Wells

Large, sunny double room with ensuite shower available for short or long term let for a single person in a pretty cottage just outside Wells.

Easton is three miles from Wells, 20 miles from Bristol/Bath, and 30 mins from Bristol Airport.

The room has a queen-sized bed, large double wardrobe, two chests of drawers, TV point, plus ensuite shower room/loo. Rent is £105 per week (£455 per calendar month) including bills, plus one month deposit.

Share the house with me, my lodger Angie and two cats. We share the sitting room, dining room and kitchen, patio and garden. The house is big enough that we don't trip over each other (three toilets, two bathrooms, two ovens etc), and Angie generally works away for two weeks out of four.

Amenities include BT broadband, wifi, GCH, double oven, dishwasher, washing machine.

I'm a former journalist turned charity worker.. I am pretty easy going and looking for someone similarly laid back, tidy, considerate, sociable but respectful of other people's space.

Part of the deal is that you have to be willing to feed my cats when I'm away - when you are there, that is. I don't expect you to change your plans to suit me!

And I hate tobacco, I'm afraid (my dad died of lung cancer), so no smokers.
