Double room in residential street

This bed opens out into a double or two twin beds if need for a guest, good size wardrobe and hangin

I have one double rooms available with a comfortable bed, built-in wardrobe, Shared bathroom is a good size, I use the ensuite.

Rent is inclusive of all bills and broadband. As the rent is weekly in advance no deposit is required. We have a water softener (nicer baths and showers and filtered water to drink

There is a shared kitchen where you would have your own allocated cupboard and fridge space..

There is a sunny back garden and parking is available on the street and behind the house.

It's an easy walk 10 min walk to town and local shops but the house also borders the countryside.

Might suit a young professional who would like to live in an easygoing household with ethical values. I will consider self-employed. References and proof of income required.
