Stonebridge, Bath side of Frome. The house is a 1 mile walk from the town centre, close to the Old Showfield park with medical centre and parkrun on a Saturday, easy walk to Rugby club.

Nearby there is a small parade of shops (Tescos, chip shop, pharmacy, florists and a cash point). Short walk to the sports centre. There is a bus route to Bath by the shops too. Quiet cul-de-sac location.

The house is a 3 bedroom, the room available is a double at the back of the house so very quiet. The room is very sunny for most of the day, furnished with a double bed (divan with drawers), wardrobe, bedside table, black out blind, laundry basket and chair.

Share bathroom (bath with shower, WC and basin). Share lounge and kitchen/diner, the back garden is mostly all paving slabs, the garden is my current reno project and will be finished before next summer to be able to sit out and enjoy dinner al fresco when the weather allows.

The front of the house is all to drive and will fit 2 cars, it's a bit of a squeeze but it does take 2 cars.

The room is available @ £550 per month or if Mon-Fri only at £125 per week.

Rent inc all bills and wi-fi and to be paid by bank transfer in advance.

You just need to pay for any landline calls you make and for your own food, washing powder etc. and also to chip in on items such as cleaning products, loo rolls etc. as required.

All I ask is that you are happy to tidy up after yourself, run around with a duster and/or the hoover, keep your room clean, tidy and fresh, be mindful of use of resources (water, energy) and treat the house with respect and care.

I am looking for someone who appreciates a calm, quiet environment. A working female, non smoker/vaping and no pets please.

I work from home most of the week but I have a separate work room. I am a non-smoker. In the evening I am either running/cycling/gym or relaxing at home with a movie or cooking.
