saying goodbye to my beeeeeeautiful room in keyford, available from the beginning of november.
the room is an unfurnished en suite with your own shower, sink and toilet. there is loooads of personal storage as well as plenty more throughout the house. the room itself is £600pcm with bills coming up to around £130-£150 a month. the house is over 3 floors including a little mezzanine area we use for guests staying over! we’re 10 minutes away from
the station and 10 into town.
you’d be sharing with two incredible girls aged 25 and 30, working in local news and hospitality/growing. the atmosphere and dynamic in the house is very relaxed and friendly but we all make an effort to be considerate of each other and keep the house clean and I would definitely like to find someone who can keep this going as it’s worked so well so far!
ideally looking for another girl/femme/nb mid 20s - early 30s to keep the dynamic in the house! move in would be from the 2nd of november subject to referencing etc. looking forward to hearing from you <3
