We have extra hygiene measures in place to protect each other - hand sani gel at front door, wipes, anti bac spray/paper towels in kitchen/bathroom, soap/nail brush and ask everyone to rigorously use them. No guests allowed while country is in lockdown.

The house is Georgian Grade 11 listed, large and spacious and full of beautiful features. Reliable Wifi throughout house, plus lots of hot water.

Share our large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and living room with flat screen TV/virgin. We also have a separate living room.

The walled garden is gorgeous and a real haven of tranquility with veg garden and orchard & lots of frogs and hedgehogs.

The house is in Frome, 13 miles from Bath (20 min car drive to Bath; 40 mins by train; 55 mins by bus both which run hourly). We are a 5 min walk from centre of town - you can easily park for free outside. Co-op 2 mins walk plus a chinese takeaway. If you have a bike, we have a garage you can store it in.

We are friendly, sociable, easy going and respectful of others space and looking for the same. No party animals please and no-one with a cat please., as I'm allergic to them, but we would consider other pets. If you work shifts that's ok.

Current lodgers are aged 21-55 and all professional people. We all get on well, everyone is very independent and busy with their work/lives and people spend most time in their rooms.

Frome is a lively, friendly and fun market town and a thriving centre for arts and crafts. There is always something going on eg live music, flea markets, exhibitions and events.

We have several lodgers, have been been doing this for years and have a very happy house everyone loves. Andrew works in the music business and I used to work for a homelessness charity but am now a full time mum to a small child.

Everyone is really nice and friendly, however its not the sort of house share where people sit around eating or watching tv together, although occasionally they do. Most lodgers spend time in their rooms chilling after a days work or going out. We like to chat or share a cup of tea or glass of wine occasionally. We have a separate living room and a wing on 1st floor with our bedrooms and bathroom. You will have a lot of privacy, as its a big house and sometimes days go by when we don't see anyone!

We're looking for someone who keeps their room clean and tidy, is respectful of others space and who's looking for the same. No party animals please. We don't mind you having one or two guests over once a week, or a partner to stay over one or two nights a week, but not every weekend.

As well as a radiator, the room has an oil fired heater, useful if you work shifts etc when the central heating isn't on.

We have a beautiful large living room with TV/netflix/Firestick, which you are welcome to use, we use this too, although we have a private sitting room as well.
