The house went on the market recently, but we are still looking for lodgers while we're waiting to sell. Obviously, I've no idea how long it will take, but its likely to be at least 3 months from when we accept an offer.

Viewers wear PPE along with the agent. They don't touch anything either, as doors are left open. Our lodgers have at least 24 hours notice of a viewing but need to leave the house while the viewing takes place. These are the Gov guidelines. Viewings are Mon- Sat between 2 - 4pm and we've had about 2 a week! Its all going very smoothly and its not having a big imapct on current lodgers.

We can be flexible with a move in date, it's available now but are looking for someone to move in asap.

I hope you're still interested! I will keep our lodgers until we move out and will give the usual 4 weeks notice. And of course I'll keep you regularly updated and am completly transparant re progress. My main aim is that you're happy as I want you to stay. We won't be packing up etc until a week or so before moving out so there wouldn't be disruption to your living spaces or the house.

Everyone is really nice and friendly, however its not the sort of house share where people sit around eating together or watching tv every day, although occasionally they do, however most lodgers spend time in their rooms chilling after a days work or going out, so it's very easy to social distance. We have provided anti bac spray, soap, nail brushes, sani ge and paper towels in bathrooms, kitchen and hall.

We had the house on the market 3 years ago and after 3 months we had two offers but decided not to sell and took it off the market. We're using agents we know and trust who are very discreet and considerate.

Room is nicely decorated in contemporary style on 1st floor of large detached spacious Georgian Grade 11 listed house - share kitchen and bathroom with two other lodgers, all mod cons/washing machine. Wifi throughout house. Bedroom has TV arial point, direct internet access point, kingsize four poster bed, bedside table, wardrobe/drawers, sofabed, cabinet and 32" flat screen tv. We have a beautiful large living room, which you are welcome to use, we do also use this too sometimes, although we have a private sitting room too.

The house is huge with an amazing garden. We have several lodgers and have been doing this for years and have a very happy house everyone loves. We're in Frome, Bath 13 miles. Andrew works in the music business and I used to work for a charity but am now a full time mum to a 6 yr old child.

Our lodgers are currently 3 men and 1 woman. Sarah is an actress and moved in last week on a temp basis as she's buying locally. And there is also me, my partner and young daughter. But we use separate bathrooms, kitchen, living spaces.

We're also looking for someone who keeps their room clean and tidy, this is really important, as we've had lodgers who've not bothered much which has led to problems and also of course as we're having viewings. Also someone who's respectful of others space and looking for the same. No party animals please. We don't usually mind you having one or two guests over once a week or a partner to stay over but not every weekend. But at the moment we'd only want guests in the garden until Gov guidelines change.

House is very warm & cosy, lots of hot water, recent plumbing/elecs. Price inc all bills eg elec, gas, council tax, water, Broadband, and TV licence and cleaner. Use of gorgeous large walled garden with veg garden/orchard and lots of frogs and hedgehogs.

Five minute walk to town centre; there are always lots of spaces to park on the road immediately outside the house. Co-op 2 mins walk plus a Chinese takeaway. If you have a bike, we have a garage you can store it in.

We're on the Bath side of town. Bus stop 2 mins down road goes direct to Bath and train station 20 mins walk away. Bath is 20 min car drive away, 40 mins by train, 50 mins by bus, both of which run hourly.

Frome is a lively and friendly market town and a thriving centre for arts and crafts. There is always something going on eg live music, flea markets, exhibitions and events. Cafes and shops are open again after lock down and life is adjusting to the new normal.
