Hello, I am Elaine and looking to share my light, bright home.

I am seeking a professional who ideally works away from home during the week to rent my double spare room. The house is clean, warm and welcoming, in a quiet neighbourhood/cul de sac. On the Bath side of town, it is ideally situated: 2 minutes walk from local shops, 15 minutes walk from the Merlin Theatre, Sports Centre and medical practice and only 1 minute from the countryside - perfect for rambles towards the Orchardleigh country estate and beyond.

The bedroom is fully furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe, book shelves and easy chair. It is positioned to the rear of the house which is double glazed throughout, and warm. Bathroom with shower/bath, kitchen with washing machine and lounge are shared and with just 2 in the house, there will be plenty of room.

This modern 2 bed terrace has a rear garden with outdoor table, chairs and relaxing steamer chairs. WIFI is excellent and throughout. There is free, designated, off street parking or room in the garage for a bicycle or motorbike.

Ideally, I am looking for someone who appreciates a calm environment and who wishes to stay for a minimum of 6 months but I am happy to consider shorter stays; under 3 months would require a small increase in rent.
