You would be renting one large double bedroom, fully furnished with double bed, chest of drawers, two bedside tables and clothes rail. With plenty of room for you to add more furniture.

There is one dedicated parking space. There is also plenty of on street parking nearby. The flat is within walking distance of Highbridge and Burnham train station and very close to the M5 junction for commuting. Ideal for Hinckley workers etc.

I technically live in the property but I work away from home abroad for extended periods. So I keep a room in the house but I am very often not here. Essentially you’d be living alone in a fully furnished one bedroom flat. You just might have to accommodate me coming back every now and again.

The rent is £400 but does not include any bills. Currently the single person rate for council tax is £105 and fibre broadband is £23.99. The flat is very efficient so utilities tend to be on the lower end of the spectrum (e. g £55 for gas+electric+water) So total costs could be under £600pm.

There is a deposit of £400 (one months rent) that will be returned upon satisfactory ending of the tenancy.

I’m a busy professional who, when home, would be working irregular unsociable shifts a lot of the time, including nights, so I’d appreciate tidy, considerate lodgers.

When I am home there would be a very friendly house cat with me.
