A lovely recently decorated double size bedroom to let in a beautiful National Trust village. Situated in the quiet countryside of Luccombe, Somerset within exmoor national park.

The property clean and tidy throughout and the room is fully furnished with a new single bed and mattress. There is a shared kitchen, bathroom and living room with a cozy log burner.

This is a very relaxing home with a friendly dog, therefore a well behaved dog is welcome.

This cottage is not close to transport links so your own transport will be required. Minehead is approx. a 10 minute drive away and Porlock 5mins.
The cottage is clean and very well maintained. Rent includes bills and use of all facilities i. e. washing machine, Wi-Fi and a well equipped kitchen. There is private parking and a beautiful garden in which i grow fruit, veg and flowers with spectacular views of exmoor natoinal park.
Many miles of countryside to walk and enjoy straight from the front door.
