A car is preferable here - there is parking opposite or nearby but there is also a bus route if needed..
There is lots of walking nearby, and further afield too.
This is a great location for commuting - near to Bath, Bristol, Shepton Mallet, Radstock, Yeovil, Frome Glastonbury is just 25 mins away, and lots of supermarkets within v short distance.
