Large Double Room In Village Property

I am looking for a housemate to join my tenancy

Large double room available in large Grade II listed house to share with myself (and dog & cat), the house is in the lovely rural village of Montacute and it is a long term rental property.

The house is 4 bedroom ( one is used as my home office), there is a smaller double room which would remain the spare bedroom or could be used as a home office if required for an additional £150 pcm.

The rest of the house consists of 2 ground floor reception rooms (one with open fire), a lovely kitchen and separate utility room, there is one bathroom so this would be shared.
Outside there is a lovely good sized garden (quite the suntrap) and also 2 stone outbuildings.

The rent will include council tax/gas/electric/water/tv license/superfast broadband, these will all remain in my name.

The house is situated in the center of the village and has off road parking directly opposite, one of the 2 local pubs is located opposite the property with the other one a 2 min walk around the corner, there is also a post office & a small petrol station as you leave the village, the nearest foo store is a CoOp which is 1/4 mile away.
The village is surrounded by rolling hillside, Montacute park and the lovely Ham Hill country park.
I relocated from Manchester last summer and have found it to be a incredibly friendly & community spirited place to live.
Yeovil is situated 4 miles away.

The house is managed by a letting agent who would carry out the referencing etc so I can only accept someone in full time employment and you would need to go onto the tenancy agreement.

As for me I am 48, quiet but not anti-social, had 20 years of living in London and Manchester so enjoying my rural ever after, it would be lovely to find a housemate who I can get along with but who also likes there own space etc.

The house is fully furnished (my things & not the landlords) but the furniture in the bedroom could be moved if required.
