We are offering a compact, self-contained annex room with its own private front door, perfect for a single working professional who enjoys independent living in a calm and peaceful environment.

Set in our lovely, quiet semi-rural village on the Somerset Levels, this is a great spot for someone who appreciates fresh air and a slower pace of life. There is a limited bus service, and it’s approximately a 15-minute drive to Sedgemoor Campus (Hinckley bus route).

The Annex includes:
   •   Comfortable double bed
   •   Workstation and chair
   •   Armchair for relaxing
   •   Smart TV
   •   Private kitchenette
   •   Private shower room

With your own entrance, you can come and go entirely as you please and enjoy your own private space.

Please note: the annex is compact, so this is best suited to someone who lives in a neat, tidy, and organized way. It isn’t suitable for working from home.

There is parking available for one car (non-allocated space — very occasionally a visitor may park there unintentionally).

Cleaning and laundry can be arranged if helpful (additional fee applies).

The local village pub is just 200 metres away, and this area is a popular and much-loved part of the Somerset Levels.

We’re hoping to find a quiet, considerate lodger who values their own space, enjoys independent living, and is looking for a comfortable longer-term home.
