Double Room In Spacious House With Views

Short term rental of a large double room in a spacious 2 bed house.
The room is furnished in a tasteful style with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table, desk and rugs.
it is not suitable for someone with lots of stuff and furniture as there is no space and it’s short term.
There is a good size shared bathroom with shower over the bath and space for toiletries.
Downstairs in a kitchen dinner/ longe and another lounge with wood burner.
The house has a conservatory where sunset can be viewed and a large garden with a fire pit and veg patch.
The garden gate leads on to a path leading to the village green and the village hall where there are a selection of classes. It is 2 mins to the local shop, vibrant pub and Nunney castle and cafe. The village is very pretty and has good walks and a duck pond.
The house is 9 mins to the centre of Frome by car and about 20 mins by bike.
The house is shared with me the owner, i work from home and i am often away.
One lounge is private when the owner is home and the other lounge and conservatory can be used by the tenant.
Smoking is permitted outside.
There is one friendly cat living here.
I am not vaccinated and prefer to live with similar.
I’m looking for a fun kind self contained person, clean and tidy, ideally vegetarian (or at least no red meat), alcohol free, or normal drinker (not heavy use) as I don't drink alcohol. I prefer someone who goes out to work, or able to work in their bedroom if working at home.
I am not looking to share with a couple.
I am often away in Ibiza as I have a small place there. So I am looking for someone who can be responsible when I am away. You would get the use of the whole house at these times.
