I am moving out so i’m looking for someone to replace me.

There is also a huge shared garden out the back.

There is free parking on the street outside the property. Very close to the shops and also the water front, a green and the bath cycle path.

You will be living with Rhys (30) he works full-time as an electrician in Avonmouth. This is a very chilled house, ideally he is looking for someone that also works full-time and who is happy to respect each others space and privacy but also up for socialising/hanging out.

The rent is £925, so £462.50 each.
Bills come in around £150 each on top of this

This would need to go through the letting agents and you would be signed up for a 1 year contract initially.
