I had to put 'live-in landlord' as otherwise they need a copy of a short hold tenancy agreement (6 months)!
This is a 3 month rental ONLY.
2 double bedrooms to rent in 3 bedroomed terrace house in central Portishead.
(3rd bedroom will be locked off).

Large lounge with gas fire. Fitted kitchen off the dining room. Kitchen consists of large fridge freezer, oven with induction hob and dishwasher. Washing machine is in the laundry cupboard under the stairs.
A garden room is off the dining room leading to small decked terrace with views across to the Gordon valley. Ideal to sit and have your morning coffee. Stairs down to lawned garden with more steps down to a newly laid patio area.
Upstairs consists of a newly fitted bathroom with bath and electric shower over.
One large double bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
A second large bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe.

The house is situated less than a 5 minute walk to the High Street and 10 minutes to the Marina.
There is a bus stop at the end of the road.
Parking is available on the road.

Pets will be considered
Smoking outside only.

Rental will need to be booked through Airbnb for insurance purposes and security for both parties involved.
First months rent and deposit up front.

Meter readings will be taken for gas, electric and water upon arrival and departure. These are the only bills you would need to pay.

My personal items will be removed.

Ideally looking for a single person, couple or a family.

The House will be available from 14th Jan until May. I'm ideally looking for the full 3 month rental.
