Spacious Double Room in Portishead

Large double room to rent, in a spacious 5-bedroom detached house. I am a 43-year old professional and I live in the house, my two sons (3 & 5) stay with me 50% of the time.
The room is on the 2nd floor, opposite another spare room so quite private from the rest of the house. Has access to the main bathroom on the 1st floor - the boys have their bathtime in there 3.5 days a week but otherwise it is sole use (I have an ensuite and there is a downstairs WC). I also have a very friendly bengal cat.
The room is semi-furnished with a king double bed shelves and the option to have a desk and chair by the window making it ideal for home working (Broadband is included). I work away 1-2 days / nights per week. Ideally looking for a mature professional who is respectful, clean and tidy and good company. Happy to discuss routine access to reception areas etc. and the home gym in the garage. Very reliable Virgin Broadband throughout the house, and Virgin TV with Sky and TnT Sports.
House is in a quiet cul-de-sac not far from Portishead High Street and 5 mins from the Marina etc. Parking outside the house or on the driveway.
