The property is a 3 bedroom house, with a large garden and driveway parking. The room up for rent is a large double with built in wardrobes. Currently has a super king bed in it and still plenty of space (can be included or not depending on your needs). 3rd bedroom is an office space, one bathroom upstairs with shower over bath, there is also a downstairs loo. Shared kitchen and living room. I currently rent the property, and prospective tenants would need to be okayed by letting agent/landlady.
