There is a pretty terraced back garden and the property is situated in a quiet country lane. The bungalow is shared with the daughter of the owners and her two cats. From time to time the owners (ex teachers) stay for a few days but they have their own en-suite facilites.

The village is close to the A303 and 3 miles from Ilminster.
