The Annex is a generous sized upper section of a large barn it consists of 3 rooms for you to use exclusively. Positioned in a rural location with close neighbours. Suitable for quiet residents only.

Please note...Available for rent during March and April 2021.
Usually a 5 star Airbnb rental I will potentially return to this business in May (depending upon lockdown rules).
The area is communal with other properties our contracts exclude, camper vans and work vehicles.

The Annex consists of a huge private triple bedroom, furnished with a double and single bed both with quality mattresses.
Walk in wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside tables, lamps, etc.
Big en-suite bathroom, with an over bath power shower, large bath, heated towel rail, basin and a loo.

Big sitting room with double leather sofa, tv, with Sky and Netflix and Now TV boxes. (you pay for your own premium films)
Large balcony with flowers and a bench seat.

There are some cooking items, including cutlery/crockery, utensils, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, 2 electric hob, fridge freezer, microwave for you own use exclusively..

But your welcome at times to use, our larger kitchen, sink, oven, dishwasher and washing machine.

If the property is for a couple the price will increase by £125 per month. It not available for 3 occupants.
