This ad is for a single spare room in a family home in Shepton Mallet, close to all amenities in a quiet residential area.

About us - we are a couple with a small child, 3 cats, 1 small dog and 4 chickens. Though it seems like a mad house, they are all well behaved. We are looking for someone who we won't be cleaning up after all the time. We are 2 working professionals and we are looking for someone similar who is respectful of our home. We are quiet and considerate people, often busy or out of the house aside from evenings. This is a non smoking/vaping household and no pets unfortunately as we already have some.

The room itself is furnished with a single bed with storage and a wardrobe. The rent is £375 per month but please note this is a Monday to Friday letting arrangement. £375 deposit required.

There is a main shared bathroom upstairs with a good shower and a downstairs toilet also. The living room has Netflix, Disney Plus and more. There is also access to a shared dining area and fully equipped kitchen. We have new Truespeed Broadband which is very fast. Bills included - gas/electric, council tax, high speed internet and water.

The house has an enclosed garden with patio, and on road parking available. The room will be available from Sunday evenings to Friday mornings.

Face to face viewings possible subject to the use of face masks due to the current increase of Covid in the community and to protect members of our household. Remote viewings also possible via Telegram Messenger.
