Double room with burner, in rural barn conversion

This is a part furnished beautiful double room, with wood burner. We have about 1.7 acers of open garden/field, veg garden and woods.
You would also have use of the shared bathroom with shower, kitchen, front room and outside space.
The room is one of two back rooms of a converted barn. We already have a friend living in one. There are also two rooms above the living room/kitchen, one is my sons age 18, the other one is used as a play room for kids and for family when staying.
The rooms only heating is a woodburner and you would be reasonable for providing your own logs (I can give you the number of a local log delivery service)
I have another son age 21, a daughter age 26 and a 4 year old grandson who visit.
We also have a live in van on site and a caravan.
We are looking for someone to come and join our creative ramshackle household. We are into wild swimming, cooking, shared food, siting round outdoor fires, or cosying up round the indoor one to plat cards. We are all music lovers of many genres, so dancing round the kitchen to ska, reggae, house, disco, Irish punk (on occasion), lots of blues.. We are eco minded and keen to shop waste free where possible. We use only natural cleaning products. We have very free range geese and chickens who do peck feet and come in the house uninvited.
We have no TV, or TV licence, but we do have WiFi. The water comes from a spring on the hill and we have a simple table top filter in the kitchen.
I work teaching silversmithing from my workshop that is a converted out building, and have people here to do workshops and evening classes.
The house is often an ocean of calm, but at other times can be quite busy, with family, friends, teenagers as well as toddlers.
We are very much out in the hills, roughly 8 miles from Wiveliscombe and 5 miles from Bampton (these are also the nearest shops) so your own transport is essential.
The Barn is surrounded by fields on all sides and is down a 1/4 mile very rutted track, this track we use all year round but a very low car will struggle.
There is parking outside the house.
We have an outside covered patio area with sofa, field with picnic table and compost toilet. we are just getting the veg garden going.
We are a chilled household who are mostly vegetarian although my son does eat meat.
We are not keen on a dog as it's very muddy here in winter, we sometimes have a bunch of small kids here, we also have a cat.
I would consider a couple, although the rent would have to be adjusted if there was two staying in the room.
Please note, this is my family home, we are looking for someone likeminded to join us. In the winter it is very muddy here, we are a tidy bunch but if you are looking for spotlessly clean then this is not the place for you.
This lifestyle will not suit everyone, but we think its heaven.
