Your room would be 18 x 12 feet with en suite and TV Point. You share, with other lodger, the annex kitchen, lounge and washing machine. There is a lodgers own entrance, plenty of parking in drive., with security lighting

Would prefer to stick with age range given for compatibility. The person in the other room is a tidy and social person.
