Media make up students who are looking to find a last fourth member to share and rent a house with in Taunton, we welcome anyone who's a student that is keen to share a house with us from this coming September until the end of the academic year, around mid June.
*NUMBER OF ROOMS*
-4 Bedrooms with Double Bed each.
-3 Toilets, 1 Shower and a bath.
-1 Living room.
-1 Dining room.
-1 Kitchen.
- and a Outdoor Garden with Shed (great for Barbecues).
*WHERE IS THE HOUSE AND WHAT IS THERE AROUND IT?*
-The House is located in: George Street, TA2 7DD. (Taunton, Somerset).
-The House has a couple local grocery stores around the corner, a fish and chips shop and even a Chinese take away! It is near the Taunton train station and.. Oh I forgot to mention, there's also a pub just round the corner! So hopefully if this pandemic is over soon, we will be heading there from time to time!
*WHAT IS THE TOTAL COST? *
-The rent cost it's only £350 per month!! Including water and WiFi!
-Plus an additional £25 per month of Gas and electricity.
