I have a room available in my apartment. its a large double with its own bath/shower room. It comes oak furnished with a bed and mattress bought last year. The place itself is spacious with a large living room and kitchen. The kitchen has everything you would expect and the living room has two large sofas.
The building is part of a gated community with its own garden. The bus stop is just outside the gate. Its a ten minuite drive into Taunton town centre. I am a 2 min walk from the local shop and the pub/restaurant called the Chapel. It’s very popular and does great Thai food and pizza.
I keep the place clean and tidy and I would expect anyone moving in to keep the same standards.
