I've one room to rent in my house. The room comes furnished and has a double bed, wardrobe, tallboy drawers and bedside table. I’m happy for you to bring your own bits and bobs to make it more homely for you. There's plenty of living place - all of which I’m happy for you to share. My house is defo more of a house share than just renting a room!

Downstairs, the kitchen has plenty of cupboards and storage! There's a beautiful living room diner that leads out to the south facing garden (plenty of sun beds and sun chairs for a bit of sun worshipping once summer is back!)via french doors or out via the conservatory.

The house has two bathrooms (one of which is a wetroom).

I’m looking for non smoking females. I'd like someone who will treat the place as their home and feel relaxed in the house. I’m pretty laid back but would expect the basics of keeping the place clean and tidy.
I'm partial to the odd glass of wine and balance this with running, netball and walking my dogs (Ralphie and newest member to the household, Dottie who is still learning that people coming through the front door is a good thing) so I will need someone who is dog friendly and have patience through those first meetings!

The house is super close to pretty much everything - a whole host of super markets, town is in walking distance, the m5 is close by etc. There is room for a bicycle to be stored with easy access and there’s road parking.

The room is available now. Please note, the room will not be let without a viewing by the person hoping to move in.
