The property is not occupied during the week. On the weekend I have my 8 year old son living there with me. New bathroom, recently decorated lounge and a modern kitchen. The property has a garage for storage but not parking. Dining room/kitchen has been converted into a 2nd smaller lounge. The bedroom is a decent size double (furnished or unfurnished).
I am looking for a professional person that is quiet (no loud parties) and doesn’t mind kids (occasionally). I am in the forces and spend most of my time away from home during the week. I do occupy the property weekends and leave periods. I am easy going and friendly.
