* Be earning a minimum annual salary of £16,000.
* Be able to provide references (employer and/or character references) for the past 2 years .
* You will be required to undergo a DBS (formerly CRB) check, and a credit check.
* Proof of UK/ EU residency (or proof of indefinite right to remain in the UK)

We sadly cannot accept any pets or children allowed any of our properties. Nor can we accept DSS.

What payments do I need to pay?

You will need to pay a one off payment of £135 to cover all your checks, and admin fee's.
After this all you need to pay is your deposit and your month up front licence fee.
