Very large, self-contained attic space

I am advertising a lovely, large attic room with adjacent shower room. I am looking for short-term lets from a couple of weeks to six months as the house is going to be put on the market in the coming months.

The room is newly decorated and awaiting new carpets hence the absence of a photo at the moment. It will be well furnished with double bed, walk in wardrobe, television and a mini-fridge and tea/coffee making facilities. There is an adjacent shower room. There is also fibre broadband at the property. The space is self-contained but without kitchen facilities which can be shared or eating out can be enjoyed at the many outlets in the town which is just a few minutes walk away. The room will be available from approx 16 November.

The house is a very large Victorian terrace house on the outskirts of the town. There is easy access to the town and the surrounding countryside as well as excellent rail and road links. Just a few minutes off J26 of the M5 and main line to London stations just 20 minutes away.

I am looking for a very clean and tidy housemate who will keep the room looking nice. The house has been a family home and my family are about, but no longer live here. The only other resident is a rather old buy very lovely dog. This might suit someone looking for a more permanent place or a Monday to Friday occupancy.
