The sharer has the exclusive use of the main bathroom which is just down the hall from the bedroom, shared kitchen, shared lounge Happy to answer any questions, via the spare room platform

Car is needed for this location, there is off road parking. For short term lets I would consider a student who is studying in the area.

I would consider a Monday to Friday let too. I would consider a couple too for a different rental amount.

1 month rent payable up front and deposit of 550 to be paid.

This location is near Wells. The village has a Post Office/Shop and a Pub and is on a bus route. Plenty of beautiful walks around the village and surrounding areas. By car, this location is within 1 hour of Bath and Bristol. 25 mins to Bristol Airport, 20 to 40 mins to Glastonbury, Street, Millfield, Weston Super Mare, Bridgwater. 15 to 20 mins to Wells and Cheddar.
