Shared spaces: kitchen/dining room, upstairs bathroom, living room. There is also a separate area for clothes drying.
Would suit full time students or professionals working fairly regular full time hours.
Conveniently located to RUH and 30+ minute walk into town or 10 minute bus journey. Close to the parade of shops including Tescos and the post office.
Our preference would be Monday to Friday lodging so the room could be used at the weekends for guests. However, we would consider 7 days a week for the right person.
Also, just to mention this room is single occupancy so unsuitable for overnight guests.
