A friendly, interesting and welcoming older person with reduced mobility is seeking a Sharer for their home to give them a mix of 15 hours’ help and company each week in exchange for the low-cost accommodation.

This person would really benefit from some practical help around the house including shopping, cooking a few meals, and help with light household chores, plus the friendly reassurance of having someone around their home in the evenings/overnight.

The accommodation on offer is a furnished double bedroom with its own sitting room and shower room and shared use of the main sitting room, kitchen and garden.

The property is in Wincanton, just off the A303. There is car parking available and a car driver would be ideal.

The person’s interests include reading, crosswords, Scrabble, documentaries and nature programmes, gardening, ceramics and in the past played the piano and cello.

As a Sharer you are free to work or study as long as you have enough spare time to give the agreed level of company and support. The ideal Sharer will be a positive, friendly, kind, helpful and reliable non-smoker who ideally shares some of the person’s interests.
