Looking for a house mate. I’m offering a bright, fully furnished double room with en-suite in a character cottage. The room features a bed, chest of drawers TV and some hanging space. Located on the top floor which we don’t use. Cleaner comes once a week.

The house itself is cosy, with:

* A comfortable living room
* A generously sized garden
All bills are included, including Disney and internet.

There is parking across from the house. We are located just on the outskirts of town but within walking distance of the town centre.

We are a friendly family (mum and daughter who is 11) looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy, and respectful. You’ll be sharing the home with us and our friendly cat, so being comfortable with pets is a must.
