Two Double bedrooms in a large Georgian house with 6 bedrooms and two bathrooms. Professional family, one dog, looking to rent out spare bedrooms with free wifi.
There are two bathrooms upstairs and a separate toilet and additional wash basin downstairs.
Langford veterinary practice is 15mins by car as is the airport. The train station is a 15 min walk
We have a large kitchen diner, a separate dining room and lounge with an additional lounge/conservatory that backs onto a large garden with patio seating and lawns with lots of trees. Driveway for Parking/loading & unloading and free additional local parking 100 meters from the house. We do not smoke in the house but are happy to accept smokers.
The local train station serves central Bristol and Abbeywood & beyond.
The village has a coop
super market, post office, Indian, Chinese, bakery and fish and chips takeaways all within easy walking distance
Currently furnished but can be removed if required.
The rooms have large built in wardrobe space the rooms are both light and airy with two windows and nice and quiet.
